Public Awareness Advisor (4Points) 4points Group - baghdad Employee will serve as the Public Awareness Advisor and will carry out duties designed to meet the objectives of the Program pursuant to ARD’s contract with USAID and reporting to the Senior Public Awareness Advisor, Employee will have the following responsibilities: -Monitor and advise NGOs, civil society organizations and justice sector institutions on public awareness campaign development and public outreach; -Support NGOs to frame messages specifically for identified target audiences; -Provide guidance to grantees on USAID branding and Marking rules. -Participate in conceptualizing and supervision of program sponsored media/awareness raising campaigns; -Participate in drafting and providing input for weekly, quarterly, annual, and Performance Management Plan reports, ensuring appropriate inputs from other staff and/or consultants; -Write press releases, success stories and project snap shots for program promotion as well as take good photographs; -Design and format internal reports and materials; -Fulfill other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Skills -Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience -Experience in developing communication and training materials for NGOs/CSOs or other partner/counterpart institutions -Ability to develop and maintain relationships with NGOs/CSOs or other partner/counterpart institutions -Ability to develop professional reports and plans -Ability to manage multiple work assignments under minimal supervision -Ability to pay close attention to detail -Excellent oral and written communication skills, team work, and follow-up skills -Ability to use design software like Corel Draw and MS Publisher. -Proficiency in MS Office suite skills -English language skills desired -Ability and willingness to travel required Company Profile About Recruiting candidates for top USAID, U.S. State Department and World Bank job positions in Iraq.
