Public Safety Advisory for residents living in the Webbs Mills, Sheely Creek and State Line area of Rt 328 and Pennsylvania Avenue. Be aware and on the lookout for a suspicious individual that has been seen in our area the past week. Description as fallows: White Male 5 feet 7 inches tall, with Short Brown Hair and Eye’s and thin build approximately 140 pounds. Individual has several tattoo’s on his neck with the most notable being a tattoo of a tear drop on his face. Individual was last seen wearing brown shorts, white tank top t-shirt, dark colored baseball cap and brown work boots. Individuals last known address Pleasant Street in Elmira. Do not approach this individual call law enforcement immediately. This individual has been found to be trespassing in out builds by residents in the area between Monday and last night and also knocking on doors in the middle of the night. This individual has been removed by the Chemung County Sheriffs Department twice this week and the Pennsylvania State Police have been notified of his suspicious activities on Wednesday night at the Stateline Dandy Mart and vicinity for bothering customers.
