Public Service Announcement: Before you repost that news breaking story... check the damn source. Last week, people were posting REST IN PEACE RUE MCCLANAHAN but Ms. McClanahan has been dead since 2010. But there some of yall were... posting like it just happened that day. Check the date, people. Next, we had people posting something about Micheal Jackson, but it was from THE ONION. The Onion is a SATIRE website. NOTHING THEY POST IS TRUTHFUL. Then we had some website claim that Leonardo Di Caprio was gonna play MLK in a movie in Blackface. AGAIN, this was from a joke website. But people took it as gospel, because somebody posted it, ergo, it HAS TO BE TRUE. Today, 4 people posted that Tracy Morgan just died. The link had NO story... just a video.Dont you think if he had died, it would be on every MAJOR NEWS OUTLET in the freaking world? There would be a story, and quotes from friends, family.... doctors.... Come on yall... DAMMIT!
