Public Transport 20sec load of rubbish warning: Earlier today i went for the 11:57 Kilmarnock train to Stewarton & i missed it because the train left the platform at 11:56, 32secs... I was even looking at ticket conductor through the door as it began to leave & i was shouting to him its not 11:57 yet & he looks at his watch nods his head!!! So i went & complained at Ticket Booth & guy says Aye all trains leave 20sec early, there told to do that.. me oh really so why is it on huge platform clock train leaving 11:57 & not 11:56 & 40secs, but it was before your bizzar 20sec rule & i dont see any notice warning passengers, also if that is the case can you explain why trains are delayed & you can wait 10, 15 or 20mins on one.. Wheres your hidden stupid, ridiculous & mental 20sec rule, well cheers for that!! Apparently their bosses have instructed them (train drivers / conductors) to leave stations 20secs early at every oportunity... But not to tell the Paying Public that they make their Huge Profits from!! WTF!! Rant over :-))! But be warned next time you miss a train it might not actually be your fault!!
