Published on Oct 8, 2014 These workers when they realised they had no access to the shore due to a peaceful protest being carried out decided to make a work station in front of the protesters and tunnel into the stop cock. This is where everything goes wrong. They dug down and burst the water pipe. They then continued digging down to find the leak while the hole was full of water. They then tunnelled under the path removing the foundations. Then because they couldn`t find the stop cock they deserted the hole not knowing what to do. They returned 15 minutes later to the hole and shovelled everything back into the hole on top of the leaking water pipe. They also failed to properly fix the foundations under the path they had dug.
