Pulled Pork and Apple Slaw Rolls 1kg Pork shoulder ( leave Fat on ) 1 Tin Crushed Tomatoes 1 Cup Vegetable Stock 2 Spanish Onions 1 Packet Taco Mix Coleslaw Mix Salad cream Mayonnaise 1 Red Delicious Apple 1 Granny Smith Apple Cut Pork into 300g pieces Brown in a Pan Dice Spanish Onions Brown in a Pan Place all ingredients into Slow Cooker Cook on Low for 6 hours Take Pork out and pull with a Fork Cut Apples into small thin sticks Combine with Coleslaw Add desired amount of Salad Cream ( dont over power the slaw mix though Salad cream is a strong flavor in itself ) Place on Fresh Small Crusty Rolls Then Eat!!
