Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies Ingredients: 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cup oats 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons Wildtree Pumpkin Chocolate Cheesecake Blend 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup chocolate chips Method of Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk together the pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Fold dry and wet ingredients together; batter will be thick. Drop batter by 2 tablespoons full onto a parchment lined baking sheet; makes 15 cookies. Flatten cookies slightly if desired. Bake 12-14 minutes or until cookies are golden.
