Pumpkin cookies for my 24m28d I have some remainder mashed pumpkin. I weighted it, which was around 70g. So, I decided to make cookies out of it. Ingredients used: 70g mashed pumpkin 70g biscuit flour (you can use all purpose flour) 1 tbsp molasses sugar 20g unsalted butter Mix sugar and butter. Then mix in both pumpkin and butter. Press until it forms a dough. Then shape it (it is slightly wet, so wet your palms when shaping it would be easier). Under preheated oven of 180 degree celcius, bake for 15 minutes. * they are soft cookies (but firm).
