Punjab to conduct own #MBBS, #BDS entrance exam from 2015 The Punjab government decided that it would conduct its own #medicalentranceexam from 2015 (Punjab Pre-Medical Test), instead of admitting students through #AIPMT. The major reason being a large number of seats in certain categories, including NRIS and Scheduled castes remained vacant during the admission counseling process conducted as per AIPMT. The #medicaleducation secretary Husan Lal said that the national medical and dental councils are informed about this decision of Punjab government.
