Puppy factory closed down, well done to all involved. I have been on this property more than once and begged the owner to surrender dogs. I am over the moon these poor dogs will finally get a chance at a life of freedom and love for the very first time. I get asked the question often and need to make it clear that we are not confused with another group, Saffron does not pay for dogs nor do we support feeding this appalling industry. Those that buy dogs from these horrid places, then vet work them and sell them for a profit are nothing but dog brokers & are just giving them money so that they can replace the dog in the cage. Thank you to my dear friend Debra Tranter and her team that put in the hard yards to close this one down and I hope this puppy farmer will be prosecuted and get more than a slap on the wrist. Thank you also to the authorities that acted quickly to rescue these dogs.
