Applicants should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate effective leadership qualities in their respective areas. -Job Description 1) Responsible for Procurement of Foundry direct and indirect material, Maintenance and services, subcontract and logistic activity for steel and CI & NF foundry Division. -Responsible for Vendor development for fettling, machining, pattern repairs, civil, fabrication, core making, logistic and any services required for foundry operations. -Responsible to co ordinate CAPEX procurement by obtaining necessary quotations, making comparisons and recommending to G.M. (Corporate) Purchase after first level negotiation. -Active participation in projects given from time to time like Cost Optimization , outsourcing, SAP , Foundry expansions , construction ,etc -To co-ordinate in completing the formalities to raise purchase orders & to arrange for cash purchases -Supplier payment support and grievance handling. -Responsible for Stores Management at Both Steel and CI Div. -Knowledge and Competency: -Exposure to labor charge activity and statutory rules and regulations. -Good Commercial Acumen -Knowledge in SAP MM Module. -Proficiency in M.S.Office applications. -Good written and verbal communication skill. -Good Decision making and leadership skill. -Reliable and Honest.
