Purchasing Officer Alberton, Gauteng • Work in accordance with the departmental procurement plans, procurement of raw materials, carefully examine the material purchase reports • Provide data according to purchases, goods every month, quarterly and the years quantity, quality and price of raw materials, and other indicators of statistical work • Communicating with the headquarters departments, the overseas Centre reports dock work; • Internal and external procurement, responsible for consolidating information and feedback, timely coordination in procurement of quality, quantity and price; • Management, supplier credit rating and maintain good communication with suppliers, handle or vendor problems; • Responsible for regularly reporting on the internal and external dynamics and statistical indicators; • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists; • System, strictly enforce financial reimbursement, ensure invoices are signed; • Complete at other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
