#PushChange Been in those shoes. No need to shut Gabs. Grandfather has been in those shoes. No need to be quite. Protect and Serve the community. No lunge was visible. That is his body rolling down an incline after he is shot to death. Gross negligence. They did not try to defuse the situation. They did not assess the situation. Before they arrive he seems to be able to be reason with. As you seen he was not running at them or anyone. He begins to get verbally rambunctious. He ask to be shot. Clearly he was not mentally stable. They did not want to engage the suspect. He is not cooperative. You use a take down method first. I.E. Taze, Pepper Spray, Rubber Bullets. The methods used here or lack there of, were used on a Suspect and caused a father his life in front of his kids in. Those officers, like these did not assess the situation. They did not use their total training. Shoot first is not taught in the Military, FBI, CIA, NSA, or any State/Local office. Think human first, assess how to save lives, control the situation, pursue an arrest. Last resort lethal force. This force should be used only when acted upon with Lethal Force. The Mob, Cartels, Militias, Gangs, and Hitmen use lethal force first, to get their point across. Fear Us and Respect Our Power or Die. I want to believe our Officers are better than the Sociopaths they arrest. If in war we can arrest enemy combatants without killing them, then why is it such a far reach of reality to assume this should be the practice within your own country with our own citizens. We capture spies, terrorist and anarchist on our on soil all the time. These people are equipped with much more than a 3in blade. They seem to make in to custody just fine. The people that are Dieing in incidents like this one on display here, are not Dieing because they pose a true thret. They are Dieing because they are look at as not posing any true worth. #PushChange
