Put the beef, pomo, washed smoked fish, stock or water, ground pepper, tomatoes, onions, tartashe and shombo in a clean pot. Cook for 10 minutes covered. Mix the groundnut paste with water. Ensure the stock is free of lumps. Add stock, crayfish and MAGGI to the soup. Stir well and let it cook for 20 minutes. Add the shredded washed bitter leaves, garden eggs, and pepper. Stir and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until it becomes nice and thick, with the garden eggs and whole pepper tender. Serve with pounded yam, plain boiled rice or fufu.
