We have been very patient and lived two years without tv which isn’t too bad... previous tenant chopped the house arial off so it won’t fit into the bk of our tv... So I asked for it to be replaced and was told its up to us even tho it’s an electrical problem (can’t just buy new cord).... So after abit of research and investigating I find out The landlord must:Section45 -Provide and maintain premises in a reasonable state of repair -Ensure the plumbing, electrical wiring and the structure of the building is safe and working. I’ve also been informed its land lords duty to maintain or replace any already existing features...Now I have to write her a polite but assertive email...its like getting blood out of a stone all I want to do is have the option to watch tv!!!!!!!!!!! —
