Putting the finishing touches on the design for the solar hot water system thatll do double duty, once its installed: the rooftop panels will heat both the water thatll fill our Hot Liquor Tank (which will allow us to only run our gas boiler a fraction of the time, since well start from a water temp of ~130F instead of ground water temp) and through the pex tubing beneath our concrete floor, passively heating our brewery space during the colder months each winter. Its a pretty slick system that we cant wait to show you.
