Issued at 11:05 pm EST on Monday 1 July 2013 Synoptic Situation A high [1029 hPa] over South Australia extends a ridge across western Queensland. The high is expected to remain slow moving and gradually weaken during the next 24 hours. Strong Wind Warning for Southeast Gulf Waters Expect south to southeasterly winds 25 to 30 knots. Seas to 2.5 metres. Winds are expected to decrease below 26 knots early Tuesday afternoon. The next warning will be issued by 5 am EST Tuesday.
