QS Location : Old Klang Road (Construction) Job Specification: • Cost Estimate • Preparation of Tender Document including Taking-Off and Bills of Quantities • Preparation of Tender Report and Letter of Award • Interim Valuation • Client & Consultant Meeting/ Site Meeting • Negotiation of Variation Orders • Preparation of Final Account including measurement • Claim & Contract Administration Job Requirements: • Diploma or Degree • Minimum 2-3 years working experience. • Preferred young hardworking Male/Female( from 25 years old onwards ) • Computer Literate • Able to work under minimum supervision. • RM2000-RM4000, 8.30am-5.00pm CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Responsibilities: • Preparation of site(s) and liaising with construction related professionals including Engineers, Architects, Estimators & Surveyors, Purchasers/Buyers, Consultants, etc., before commencement of construction work • Developing and strategics the working program and overseeing and managing projects and ensuring its timely and orderly completion in compliance with expected standards, quality and specifications, and to keep It within budget • Leading and co-ordinating and supporting the project team In carrying out their respective functions • Keeping open lines of communication at all levels including clients, contractors/sub-contractors.work crew, suppliers, relevant authorities and the public • Liaising with consultants and contractors to resolve any technical and site issues Requirements: • Candidates must possess a Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) or equivalent • Must have at least 8 years working experience in civil & structural and building/bridge/pre stress engineering and services and a wide experience in the industry • High level of commitment is expected and must be able to multi-task and cope with tight work schedules. • Must have strong communication and leadership skills and able to work independently • Salary range: RM 5,000.00 #Interested candidate please email your resume to kalai.greatescapestours@gmail
