QTFN are participating in Amy Shima’s PhD thesis at James Cook University studying the Lumholtz Tree Kangaroo on our property ‘Pellings Scrub’ on the Atherton Tableland. Lumholtz Tree Kangaroos live in tropical North Queensland and is under threat from habitat loss. Amy’s PhD is to be based on a population and health status study of the tree kangaroos.
