QUESTION- I am making flavored oil for the winter. I have my garlic chives and fresh cilantro chopped...what else should I add that will make a great flavor in about any dish I used it in? We have LOTS of things on the shelves, but looking for a good base to add to pastas, soups, lasagna, sauces, etc. I will be making some with an olive oil and some with peanut oil. Letting the flavors meld together ad then pouring them into shallow tubs and tossed into the freezer. Come winter, I can cut into squares and use one for cooking. Looking for your suggestions. Thanks!
