QUESTION: Does anyone have a good recipe for a rose flavored kombucha or how to achieve that subtle flavor? My very first batch of kombucha has been brewing for 5 days. I took a peek and its already forming the beginnings of a baby S.C.O.B.Y. atop the gallon of brewing booch. Im super excited to try flavoring it when it is finished, as I bottle it up. I used an organic jasmine green tea as a fave booch brand does - jasmine petals, not oils. I read green tea is lighter in flavor and lends itself to more pronounced flavoring. I want rose!
