QUESTION: I once wrote a book, a compilation of my poetry, but several years ago its early draft was stolen amongst some of my belongings. I have not until now seriously contemplated writing a new book, and am curious as to how many people with whom Im in contact would be interested in reading my book. I am not fishing for compliments nor encouragement, only sincere thoughts. Lifes too short for anything else. Below is an example of my work. Have a read, and leave a comment regarding your interest in such a book. Thanks for your time and honesty! Fences Tell me, tell me, if it be that you can... How supple is the density of a gale that butchers the flesh of our reason yet fosters a fluttering in our veins? Characterize, oh characterize, if it be that you infer... To which human deformity do I accredit the penchant ceremony with which we pluck to better respire the incense of roses whose edges carve our sinews? Lastly, lastly, if it be that you are versed... When laying my ear to Earth will she speak the volumes rooted within her soil? An apathetic drone which enchants us to these fences.
