QUESTION TIME!!! yayyyY! So i am going to start working on the 81 again. i have a 87 22re re built block with a 22r head and carb on it. pre installed electronic fuel pump however it is aftermarket. Un sure if it will work... Questions are as follows, seeing it has the 22re block what is needed for the efi conversion? i know i need ecm, wiring harness for engine, wiring harness for dash, lower intake with fuel rail, upper intake, knock sensor, intake cross over pipe and air box. anything i am forgetting? possibly buying an 87 parts truck for this conversion... Also it has no power steering, want to do a power steering conversion. anything I need that is out of the ordinary for that? I know I need pump, pump bracket, belt, steering box, power steering cooler, power steering lines. steering box must be 79-85 power steering 4x4 box. Any input or suggestions would be extremely helpful!
