QUESTON TO DEAF AND INTERPRETING COMMUNITY: If someone was to pose/pretend to be deaf sometimes, then pose/pretend to be an interpreter sometimes... What can be done about it and what should be done about it? EXAMPLE: This person pretends to be deaf and even uses interpreting services at times, then HE tries and unfortunately succeeds sometimes to pass HIMSELF off as an interpreter to unknowing spoken language agencies who also dabble in providing sign language interpreting services. Fortunately, our LOCAL agencies NIS, DCS & CLIP are aware and on top of the situation, but what else should be done and what can be done? NOTE: There was already a small intervention done at the ITP/IPP where HE was attending.
