QUIET APPALOOSA MARE FOR SALE Sire: Kemal Tysons Pride AAA Dam: Orielle Moonlight n Roses Jarrah (Moonlight Shadow Fax AAA) is a genuine and beautiful registered roan Appaloosa mare. She is approximately 15hh and has just turned 9yo. I bought Jarrah earlier this year- she had not been ridden much in 2 years and I was able to jump on bareback and she was nice and quiet. Jarrah was started and trained by Carlos Tabernaberri and has done lots of natural horsemanship. She has done miles of trail riding through bush and on roads. She is barefoot and easy to catch, trim and float. She is very responsive and responds well to voice commands. She was started on a bit but was ridden in a bitless bridle by her previous owner. We have been re-training her to the bit and she is going well. She is very easy to handle on the ground, very cuddly and smoochy. Great bloodline and breeding potential. I bought Jarrah as a horse to return to riding with after many years out of the saddle, but unfortunately I am finding that I do not have the experience that she requires :( She is still learning herself and would suit someone with some confidence and experience.
