QUINN NEEDS MONEY TO SURVIVE. We moved Quinn to a much better hospital last night after Hillside vet wasnt interested in giving him the care he needed. He wasnt even checked on midday, or given the fluids suggested by the morning vet. I asked about a plasma transfusion but they were not interested in helping me save his life so we moved him to the Airport Freeway ER. myhoundhaven.org/donate.html They are an amazing bunch of people there, the energy in there is like night and day compared to Hillside, positive, loving and sweet. The doctor recommended two plasma transfusions and regular checking of his levels including glucose to make sure his blood sugar isnt what is making him more lethargic. myhoundhaven.org/donate.html The problem? MONEY. We have raised $771, this did not even cover the first nights stay. A gracious volunteer fronted the deposit to be paid back as much as possible but now we had to apply those donations to his stay for the next 24hrs which will be a much more aggressive treatment. HH literally has no more money, I personally have drained my bank account, and Quinn still needs 1600 to stay just another 24hrs. After all the cash from the register and every card we had on hand we were still $300 short but they agreed to care for him anyways.
