QURBANI/SACRIFICE: lamb/goat is only $85.00 for 2014 Dear brothers and sisters; Each year Somali Relief Network continues to advance its mission of helping the needy people in dire need in Somalia, providing life saving assistance through programs such as Qurbani/sacrifice, Zakah al-Fitr, Zakah al-Maal, Sadaqah and all other types of donations. Last year, your generous donations have reached the highest level where about over five thousand people were assisted, Alhamdulillah. In the month of Ramadan/June 29-July 28, 2014 Somali Relief Network of North America has sponsored two hundred poor families and fed them for thirty days consecutively “To Feed The Fasting People Program where over one thousand people benefited from this program. Also for last year’s Hajj sacrifice Qurbani, 235 hundred lamb/goats and one camel have been slaughtered and distributed to the needy people in Somalia. This year, 2014 QURBANI/SACRIFICE: lamb/goat is $85. Our goal this year is to donate 300 sacrificial animals and feed more people than last year Inshaa Allah. We have also sponsored many handicaps this year. With the help of donations from supporters and doers of good deeds, such as yourselves, we will continue to see improvements in feeding those who are the most vulnerable in society. Therefore, as we continue this noble cause we sincerely ask Allah the Al-Mighty to give you a great reward and grant you and your loved ones Jannah (paradise), Ameen.
