Quality Analyst North West Your key accountabilities will be; • Carry out quality checks in line with the agreed standards and checklists and provide feedback on the results in the agreed format • Monitor sales executives’ performance ensuring that they are FCA compliant and meet the required quality standards, providing support and guidance where weaknesses are identified. • Highlight any sales executives who fail to meet minimum quality standards to the appropriate line managers. • Liaise where necessary with the head office compliance team and customer assistance. • Work closely with the quality team managers to ensure quality standards are maintained and improved.
