Quantity Surveyor Location: East Salary: UP to S$2,400 Working Days: 5.5 Days Job Descriptions: - Providing site support. - Carry out site inspection work. - Prepare and submit quotations. - Diligently to follow up on the tenders/projects/jobs. - Liaise with main contractors, worker, sub-contractors and other parties involved. - Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. - Quantity and cost analysis. - Prepare tender documents, tender calling, tender evaluation and market survey report. Contract documents, including bills of quantities with clients / architects, and preparing and analyzing costing detailed reports. Requirements: - Min diploma or degree in Quality Surveyor. - Min 1 year working experience. - Ability to communicate with people at all level and be meticulous with one eye for details.
