Rinse your face and remove the makeup, the fake eyelashes, and the hair extensions. Put your hair up in a ponytail and change into your sweats. Now stand in front of the mirror and stare at your beautiful reflection for 3 minutes. Now dont you dare criticize yourself. Point out your strengths and what makes you beautiful and unique. Your flaws are what makes you amazing. Now, go ahead and wear your makeup and dress to impress, but dont hide behind it. Let it only emphasize your natural, pretty face. Youre all beautiful in every shape, color and size......and by saying size im actually referring to all the ladies who are +size, that think they’re ugly because they’re not size zero or 8... you’re the most beautiful ladies ive ever seen, its society thats ugly...
