There is a category* to suit every organisation, whether the company is big or small, has a complex WHS system or is just starting out on their work health and safety journey. Category one – Best work health and safety management system Category two – Best solution to an identified health and safety issue Category three – Best work health and safety practices in small business Category four – Best individual contribution to work health and safety Category five – Best solution to an identified electrical safety Category six – Most significant improvement to work health and safety Category seven – Best workplace health and wellbeing initiative Visit worksafe.qld.gov.au to enter or nominate someone else, and view example entries and films of previous winning initiatives. Entries close Friday 27 June and winners will be announced by Safety Ambassador Mal Meninga at the awards ceremony on 23 October. * Nominees for category eight, Best demonstrated leadership in work health and safety, will be selected by judges from the entrants in all other categories.
