Queenslanders - this weekend is the glorious Maleny Real Food Festival! Head along and meet local producers, sample organic food and check out the talks on everything from keeping chickens, making cheese and creating raw food, and Costa Georgiadis will be helping kids recycle used coffee cups from the festival to plant lettuce seedlings to take home and grow. And as seen in our latest Food For Thought issue, the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation will be there, along with Dr. Sarah Lantz from Buchi Kombucha.
