Question: "I am 13 weeks pregnant with Baby #2. Approx. every other day I get a bad headache. They come on in the afternoon and are completely debilitating, very painful and usually last until I go to bed for the night. They also seem to be coming from the base of my skull. I have tried Tylenol, a little bit of caffeine, peppermint oil on my temples, ice packs on my neck, heating pads on my neck, etc. Nothing seems to touch them!! I have had migraines in the past (not during pregnancy) but this feels different. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? I am hoping it is just a first trimester hormonal issue...going to the doctor on Thurs. and it is definitely #1 on my list of things to talk about. Thanks Ladies!"
