Question: I am getting busy to the point where I am working constantly until about 1 or 2 am most nights (this is my only job/income). Im booked 2‑3 months out and am booking 2‑5 new sessions daily. I think Im getting close to needing some help! What types of duties do you delegate to your assistant? I hate to give up any of the personal contact I make with my clients, but emails and Facebook messages are taking up so much of my time. My business growth has been very sudden and I feel as though I cant get a good rhythm going because there are so many different things to get done... I just dont see where any if them can be in someone elses hands though, what would you suggest?
