Question: Im rebuilding a super junky Les Paul knockoff. The bridge humbucker isnt working and I happen to have a never-been-used American Tele bridge pickup. The question is, should I go nuts and install the tele pickup (It will take some modifications including cutting up the pickup mounts) or do you guys think I should sell that pickup and get something more appropriate? *Im sure some of you will call the idea blasphemy but...I dont care. Im only suggesting it because Im cheep and its what I have. :)
