Question... Since when has it become the norm to shoot to kill rather than maim to disarm a suspect? This is just happening way to often and way too often too many cover ups are also becoming to norm. Why must a suspect be shot multiple times in order to subdue them. Where does tacticle training come in to play? And lastly... If a cop (some, not all) cant tell the difference between a taser gone and real gun then for all intents and purposes...CHANGE THE DAMN COLOR OF A TASER GUN!!!! Rest in Paradise Alex Nieto!
