Question: So I took baby to her six month wellness checkup (she is almost seven months next week) She said first off my milk IS NOT enough for my baby when I quoted food before one is just for fun! Said my baby needs more calories than she is getting. AND said no eggs or dairy (no cheese, yogurt, etc.) at all before one. Clearly we dont agree on a lot of things but please let me know when cheese, yogurt and eggs are okay. I told her the AAP doesnt recommend waiting on anything until one except honey but she babbled something off that I dont remember. Im just confused now.
