Question : What conditions are included in the "preliminary" - TopicsExpress

Question : What conditions are included in the "preliminary" agreement (signed in the feasibility phase) and when are the "permanent" agreements drawn up and signed? From the landowner agreements fact sheet: “DURING THE FEASIBILITY stage of the project, Hydro Tasmania will be seeking to enter into FORMAL AGREEMENTS with landowners. Initially, these will be preliminary agreements and will give Hydro Tasmania the confidence to proceed with the feasibility study knowing which areas of land may be available for development.” --> Can we please see the general conditions that a landowner would have to agree to? It then goes on to say: "During the feasibility stage the understanding of issues such as wind resource and environmental factors will improve. In turn this will give Hydro Tasmania a better idea of the preferred layout of turbines. From this layout Hydro Tasmania will be in a position to formalise permanent agreements with landowners. This process will include finalisation of construction, access and land managemen0t protocols." --> It is not clear when the negotiations start about the permanent agreements. Do negotiations start during feasibility? --> When are the permanent agreements signed with landowners? hydro.au/system/files/TasWind/WF_Landowner_Agreements_FS.pdf
