Question about emoluments on a pay scale have been inquire. We usually ask that you get your foot through the door to give you an incentives on how pay goes. Most of our work productivity comes from each employees hard and dedicated applications. Many employees wont work on any type of commission due to there knowledge of how hard work creditability may be. We push for job affiliation to be associated with work creditability so all accounts are serviced properly. A certain percentage is given for pay to employees for this. We do this mainly because of our policy of business! We hire all walks of life and want to be able to relate to any point of business that you got to hold your own so we hire on commission and split that different. We do this because of job jumpers and people that say they can do it, so we put them on the line to see if they can. As the old saying goes talk is cheap you can buy it a dime a dozen so put your money where your mouth is cause a good penny earned is a good penny raised.
