Question for anyone with medical knowledge, specifically orthopedics. I have very bad arthritis in myone shoulder, no cartilage left, bone on bone. The ortho surgeon that I saw said surgery was the o my option since it was too far gone for cortisone to work. This doctor is very good so I am not doubting him but I really want to avoid surgery as long as possible. I was reading about hydrolonic acid injections for severe arthritis. Excuse the spelling! Anyone have any experience with this so I can approach the doc with .knowledge! Shoulder is very painful and very limited use. Doesnt hurt when I ride but putting a bridle on can be painful!
