Question from a #boymom: I turn 39 this year and have three boys, 11 and under. I used to be pretty fit, but have let all manner of real intentional exercise go out the window for a little over a decade. I want desperately to set a better example of good physical health for my boys and to feel strong again. I know finding an accountability partner is going to be key for me...but can you share what kind of physical activity you enjoy doing to stay in shape (even with your sons), how you find the time and also avoid burnout? Id be so grateful to hear all about any workout tips and resources that have helped you.
