Question of the day from Sue: My question is .... Is it predetermined when we will pass away. Like the saying when its your time to go its your time to go. Is that true?? Thanks!! Answer: This is a tricky one to answer. Because free will does enter into this picture. We choose to come into the world out of free will. Therefore, logically speaking we should have the same opportunity to choose the time of our death from the physical world. Right? I wish it were that simple. Once we get into the human world we are swamped with a million other people who are involved in their own lives and living of their own free will. The choices of someone else can affect your own passing. A car accident caused by someone who made the free will choice to drink one night. A young child murdered because someone used their free will to inflict harm. Free will is both a blessing and a curse at the same time. As I have said a thousand times over, we are all energetically connected. So the free will actions of few affect thousands. Look at Hitler. However. Prior to coming into the world we make a decision in regards to the lessons that we need to learn in order to further our or others growth forward. The combination of our choices prior to descending into this world and the choices of others will clash. This is when young deaths occur. And its always a tragedy on every level. But....out of the ashes come further lessons. The murder of a child will promote further vigilance and community supports. The death of someone due to someone elses decision to be careless will promote such things as MAD etc. Do you see how this works? So even though we dont actively make a decision on the date, time and how we will pass............we choose through free will to ask for the lessons that put us in the place where our death will occur. So, in some way we do preordain.........yet we dont. Does this make sense? Saying that someone at the age of 90 preordained their passing is one thing........we can all be comfortable with that simply based on a life well lived. But to say that a five year old murdered is preordained....we cannot say that. It would be irresponsible to say that. But.....the circumstances surrounding the choices made by others around the child........will lead to the childs untimely passing. And other than the predator or killer involved.......the choices made by those who love the child are never intentional. This is when if only I had gone straight home, If only I had picked her up from school comes into play......and it creates the most horrifying guilt for those who loved them most. So preordained is a difficult term for me to use. Orchestrated out of the free will of others.........I am more comfortable with. I hope this doesnt confuse anyone. Its so very hard to explain this. In love, in light Tania
