Question... seeking an answer from a dr or nurse here on fb. Am I in the wrong for gettin mad at my drs nurse n receptionist for their lack of proper attitude towards me if that Im calling for legit reasons( for prescription issue bcuz of insurance policy & having health issues that could affect a pain mgmt contract that I signed)? I was treated with disrespect from both the nurse and the recetionist so I left a nasty voice msg letting them kno I was highly pissed n that I refused to be treated like shit n that if I am continually treated like this that Id find another Fn dr. I reported them to HR at the hospital n now my dr is possibly going to drop me bcuz I got nasty... to me, its my right as a patient to be treated with dignity n respect regardless of any circumstance. That I have the right to get upset if I feel Im being bullied or outted by the drs staff n nurse...
