Questions about Band & Camp Fees? Its easy to do using the PayPal option on our website. Just visit the website, enter your students name, and click the Buy Now button. This will allow you to pay the entire band camp and fees using a credit card or PayPal account. We also added an option to split your payments into 3 monthly installments. This payment opportunity makes it a little less financially taxing for families that might need a little more time to pay the fees. To use this payment plan, please visit the website, enter your student’s name in the box, and click on subscribe. A window will open for Paypal, and it will walk you through the process. Please remember, all students must have fees paid, or installments set up online (with at least the first payment made), prior to getting on the bus to leave for camp. Band camp is the week of July 27- August 1, 2014. There will be only a couple scholarships available this year, and info for those will be available soon. It is extremely important to note that there is an official process for scholarships: forms, selection process, and final award letter for winners given out. Otherwise, band and camp fees may not “be assumed” covered by word of mouth or conversation with a director/board member. For special financial emergencies/alternative plans, there is a specific process and official paperwork required, and is done on a very limited basis. Please speak to the board about any financial concerns you have as soon as possible. If you wait until the absolute deadline to try to make alternate arrangements, there may be little that can be done to help ensure your student can participate. Please don’t be afraid to speak up. If you want to pay by check or cash, you are more than welcome to pay camp/fees at any time by having your student place the check or cash (in a marked envelope) in the fatboy safe, located in the band room hallway.
