Quick Little Cardio Workout you can do anywhere. Jump rope – jump for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds x 8 times Jump Squats -- jump squat for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds x 8 times (Eliminate the jump if modification is needed) Go as hard as you can for 20 seconds then rest for 10. Always warm-up and stretch before and after a workout and use modifiers when needed! You only have one body, so be sure to take care of it :)
