Quick dinner recipe - Asian Inspired Basa Fillets Serves - 4 Preparation time: Quick – 20 minutes Kilojoules per serve: 1018 (247 calories) Ingredients 4 x Basa fillets (100 g each) 1 clove garlic finely chopped 1 cm ginger grated 4 wedges of lemon 4 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 small red chillis sliced Method 1. Place each basa fillet in a large piece of foil (needs to be able to wrap around the fillet like an envelope). Fold the edges of the foil to make a pouch. 2. Place ¼ of the garlic, chilli and ginger on top of each piece of fish. 3. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and olive oil to each piece of fish. 4. Add lemon wedge to each piece of fish. 5. Close the pouches by folding over the foil edges to make an enclosed parcel. 6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through. 7. Serve with boiled brown rice, or your choice of salad/vegetables.
