Quick note to all of you carb dodgers out there !! In order to allow protien to repair and construct muscle tissue you must consume enough energy foods from complex carbohydrates, only consume sugar carbs after a workout ! If you do not eat enough carbohydrates the body will use protien for energy before it can be used for repair and growth of muscle tissue !! Despite what u may hear about carbs they are not the enimy and are essential in the construction of muscle tissue !!!
