Quick one this morning... Rest day was yesterday, which wasnt too crazy, but it means its back to it today, with a 2 hour bike turbo trainer session.. booo.. followed by a hair appointment! Reckon my bum may not be in any state to sit comfortably in the hairdressers chair, but heyho needs must. As last week I I decided to recolour my hair from bright red, which it has been for the last 20+ years, to a blacky purple. Im hoping that todays haircut takes me from looking like Morticia to more like Kate Beckinsale in Underworld! Still Ive got the turbo session to get through without stressing about my hair yet, I think Skyfall will be the movie of the day, or maybe Trainspotting; one of my favourite all time films! Dreading it again as my bum needs to be situated on Dave by 8:30 if Ive any chance to make the appointment, which means no time to work myself into a panic, procrastination is not the name of game today..
