Quick question - I have a super easy, no-knead pizza dough recipe that I love. The only issue I have with it is it just doesnt really get crisp or brown. Ive tried all kinds of oven temps, with and without pizza stone, convection/non-convection and nothing has helped. its literally just AP flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water and olive oil. I dont want to change the flavor of the dough, but am willing to increase the sugar if that will. Any suggestions? TIA!
