Quick reaction time for this pilot. About .3 seconds for equipment failure. 2 seconds for uncontrolled spiraling and twisting. 5 seconds to get into a terminal flat spin, about 5 more seconds to nose down out of it, by then he still does not quite know the full extent of plane damage. Plane goes heavy and does not want to go into corrective manuvers, 3 more seconds. Pilot understands problem...wing gone. Only way to adjust is give the plane its heavier axis to the ground. Turn remaining good wing skyward. 5 seconds. Critical equipment failure realized, flight path unstable but holding/conrtolled desent, must make emergency landing. 5 seconds. Over rex the engine. Turn your plane into a B-Wing and then land. Righting the plane onto the correct axis milliseconds before touchdown. Over rev the engine using propeller torque to get remaining wing parallel to the ground,15 seconds. Land and bounce 3 times, trottle off the engine as fast as possible or risk flipping it, 2 seconds. Apply full air breaks, flaps down to increase drag and stop, 1 second. Plane turns sharp off the runway into the field as a result of the propeller over torque and the still missing wing. 5 seconds. Reaction times to critical thinking skills in life or death situation under 50 seconds processing time without a single mistake. That dude is one cool customer!
